There was also no way to reach any representative by phone, email, or message. That policy is fairly normal and not a problem on its own, except that unlike M圜hart or any other medical appointment systems, there was NO WAY TO CANCEL the appointment in the online system. To make matters worse, patients are billed for appointments unless they are cancelled at least 48 hours ahead of time. ![]() ![]() Both of my requests were ignored and substituted with unacceptable alternatives without even asking or notifying me ahead of time. However, when I logged on to check my appointment details, it was with a totally different provider AND an online video appointment. The next day, I received a phone call from a representative offering me a series of three appointments to start with. Also, having seen a fair number of therapists over the years, I know that they are anything but "one size fits all" and that finding the right person can be the difference between having productive, helpful sessions versus a complete waste of time and money. On Foresight's website I found a provider I felt would be an excellent fit, so I proceeded to fill out the appointment request form and checked the "in person" box because I don't have the necessary privacy in my home for online therapy sessions. ![]() My health insurance directed me to this organization for in network mental health providers. First, I want to say that I cannot speak about the quality of the therapists at Foresight, because I never saw any of them, and that this is purely about my experience with dealing with the aspects of requesting and cancelling appointments.
